Her legal training started with her appointment as a Student Legal Advisor at the UCT Law Clinic, in her final year of studies, where she provided legal advice to people from disadvantaged communities.

Nicole was appointed as a Candidate Attorney at Lionel Murray Schwormstedt & Louw, a general litigation practice & known as one of the leading media law firms in Cape Town.

Nicole joined Bertus Preller & Associates Inc. a boutique family law firm in Cape Town as an Associate Attorney & specialized in a wide range of family law issues.

Nicole has experience in general litigation matters in the Magistrate’s Court & High Court.
