Wills & Administration
of Deceased Estates
Wills
The estate of a person who dies without a valid Will, is distributed among his/her family/friends according to the provisions of the Intestate Succession Act.
Having a valid Will allows a person while they are still living to decide to whom & what they will leave to their family/ friends/charity to enjoy after they have passed away & so also prevent possible conflict between those left behind.
We offer services in drafting & executing Wills to suit every individual’s specific needs. We offer a reduced rate if you nominate the firm as the executor of your estate.
